Return Policy
Important Information:
- Items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt.
- After this period, the package can no longer be returned.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days via the original payment method.
- We accept exchanges.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Procedure
If you change your mind and want to return your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to do so. After this period, the package can no longer be returned. Please contact our customer service to receive a return address. Items to be returned must be new and unworn, include all original tags, and be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Restocking items is free of charge.
Refund
You will receive a refund via the original payment method within 7 days after we have received the returned item from you.
Exchange
We do not accept exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please return it first and place a new order once your return has been approved. This ensures the fastest processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrived differently or was damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the issue and your order number along with the information. We will investigate the problem and arrange a replacement delivery if necessary.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. So if you want to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible.
